1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
• To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team through email or phone. Cancellations through social media or chat platforms will not be considered unless acknowledged by our team.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

• We accept returns only in the following cases:
  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product or model.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
• Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or physical damage will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Approved refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes a quality check at our warehouse.
• If the return request is valid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.
• For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Products

• Certain items such as personal care electronics, opened accessories, or consumable electronic components are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products purchased during special sales, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless faulty.

5. Refund Process Timeline

• Refunds (once approved) will be initiated within 5–10 business days.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
